Transcription is included with Enterprise. On Essential and Professional it is an optional add-on at $3.00/month per extension — add it only to the extensions that need it. Transcription is on demand: you open the portal, play a call recording or voicemail, and click transcribe. Nothing is transcribed automatically. Useful for compliance, training, record-keeping, and reviewing missed calls. Ask about it when you request a quote.
Yes. Professional and Enterprise accounts include a staff conference room — your team just dials an internal extension to join, with no separate app or login. One conference holds up to 20 callers (we can raise that on request). You can also let outside parties dial in: we set a PIN so only people with the code can join, reached either through an option on your auto-attendant or on a dedicated phone number that rings straight into its own conference room. This is audio conferencing — ideal for team huddles and quick group calls; for screen sharing or video you would still use your usual meeting tool.
